Sexually Transmitted Disease

Did you know that transmitting a sexually transmitted disease to your partner is not only a horrible thing to do to a person you care about, it’s also a crime? Florida statute 384.24 makes such conduct a misdemeanor if you have done so with the knowledge you had such a disease. Knowingly transmitting the virus know as AIDS is a felony punishable but up to five years in Florida State Prison. Be careful; not only for your partners sake, but for your own health and responsibility also.
