facebook again?
Perhaps as I’m in my fifties; I know you thought I was much younger; I don’t understand the need to post everything about yourself on facebook and other social networks. I just read a case in the advance sheets ( legal periodicals that report new cases) where a confidential settlement received by a party was disallowed by the claimants daughter. Apparently the agreement called for no discussion about the settlement except with the claimants spouse and his lawyers. As the lawsuit was against the claimants employer also the claimants daughter’s school she couldn’t wait to tell the world via facebook. This communication ended the need for the confidential payment. Let’s make a deal if you retain me as your lawyer. Let’s agree we’ll keep your business your business. This way no insurance company will make you regret your own posts.
