Social media discovery

What does social media and discovery mean to you? In the lawsuit arena it means anything you’ve posted on your facebook or other social media page may be reviewed by the defense lawyer. This will be up to a judge, but remember anything you publish online could be reviewed by the defendant and or his/her counsel over your objection. Just a word to the wise; don’t post anything you don’t want everybody seeing. Actually when you think about it it’s good advice even if you don’t have a pending lawsuit.
